Sach Le Roux

Sach is a Registered Psychologist and a Clinical Psychology Registrar. He is endorsed by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and is a registered Medicare and Private Health Care service provider.

Sach holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology and a Master’s of Clinical Psychology, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Sach favours an integrative and evidence-based approach which he tailors to the clients’ needs. He draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Sach works with adults and adolescents with a wide range of presentations including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, ASD, adjustment difficulties, as well as relationship and family issues.

Sach aims to create a non-judgemental environment in which clients can achieve meaningful and sustainable change. He has a particular interest in understanding and resolving the underlying causes of psychological issues.

Sach see’s individual’s and couples, and offers both in-person and Telehealth appointments.
